VERSIYA has developed a mobile automated workstation MOBILE OFFICE which is designed to provide administrative and legal services by local authorities and NGOs to socially vulnerable populations. Within the framework of cooperation with German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH we have provided MOBILE OFFICE workstations to local governments of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
From now on more citizens who are not able to get to the places for such services on their own will be able to receive them at home.
List of services provided through the MOBILE OFFICE:
registration/removal from registration of the place of residence/stay of the person, pasting a photo of a citizen of Ukraine to the passport upon reaching 25 and 45 years, social services (benefits, aids), registration of the real estate, services in the field of land use.
