The history of Versiya Company started within Research and Production Company «VERSIYA», founded on October 18, 1994.

1995 - Registration of trademark «VERSIYA».

1996 - Production of personal computers, graphics workstations, and servers launched under «VERSIYA» trademark.

1997 - Commissioning new production facilities, certification of products by Derzhstandart (State Enterprise «Ukrainian Scientific Research and Training Center for Standardization, Certification and Quality Problems») of Ukraine. Partner status obtained with Intel, Verbatim, and AMD.

1998 - Partner status obtained: Novell Networking Partner, MITSUMI Dealer, Gigabyte Technology Distributor, Allied Telesyn Reseller, Microsoft OEM System Builder Partner.

1999 - «VERSIYA» servers certified first by Sun Microsystems Inc. and the next year by Solaris 8.

2003 - «VERSIYA» recognized as the most dynamically developing IT company according to «TOP-100 Dynamic Companies of Ukraine» rating.

2005 - «Expert» Competence Center opened, which further enabled to demonstrate new developments and solutions to customers, as well as to test already implemented projects on new plat- forms for further improvement. В этом же году Президент компании О. Никончук вошел в число лучших топ-менеджеров Украины, а так же компания становится лауреатом международного конкурса «Золотые торговые марки».

2006 - Reorganization of Research and Production Company «Versiya» into a group of companies: Versiya-Consulting LLC, Versiya Digital LLC, and Navionika LLC. The same year Versiya-Consulting LLC was recognized as the best corporate partner of HP.

2007 - Versiya-Consulting Company received HP Preferred Partner Award. The Company received Getac Authorized Partner Award as well, which provides it with the right of exclusive distribution of the entire line of Getac protected laptops in Ukraine. Within promotional campaign Versiya-Consulting flag was planted in Antarctica. By the decision of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Assembly of Business Circles, Oleg Nikonchuk, President of Versiya-Consulting company, was awarded with prestigious title "Litsar Vitchyzny" (A knight of Homeland). Within a solemn ceremony Oleg Nikonchuk was awarded with the order, diploma and nominal symbolic saber and beknighted to "Knight Legion of Ukraine".

2008 - Versiya company became winner of the all-Ukrainian competition «Goods and Services Leader in Ukraine 2007» in communication and IT sector.

2009 - Versiya company ranked among the Top-10 largest integrators in the coun- try according to Ukrainian System Integrator Rating 2009.

2010 – Versiya obtained the status of Microsoft Silver Certified Partner and the competence of OEM Hardware. Versiya obtained the status of SIEMENS partner in regards to solutions for airports and the right to distribute equipment by Smiths-Heimann, CCM, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp etc. The company ensured supply, installation, assembly, and commissioning of equipment for international airports in Lviv and Donetsk.

2011 – Confirmation of the company status of Authorized Education Reseller (AER) as a Microsoft partner.

A year of successful intense work on EURO 2012 facilities to ensure operation of integrated technical solutions. Qualified experts of our company spent a lot of time for calculations, preparation of documents, delivery, installation, and commissioning works. Versiya confirmed its status of Authorized Education Reseller (AER) as a Microsoft partner, authorized to sell academic licenses in the capacity of Authorized Partner for Acronis products. Commencement of promotion of Business Intelligence System as a tool for managerial decisionmaking.

2012 - installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of systems for EURO 2012 facilities. Operation of airport systems in a test run mode. Operating System support during Euro 2012. This year the company enters the market as a certified partner of Riverbed Technology for solutions enhancing the performance of corporate IT infrastructures.

2013 – Versiya-Consulting becomes part of Versiya through consolidation of assets. New direction of information security developed; Infoblox solutions made available on Ukrainian market. Portfolio of solutions for airports expanded owing to equipment produced in house (technical furniture and passenger flow indicators). Representation on the Ukrainian market of chemical agents for use in servicing civil aviation facilities. Representation on the Ukrainian market of products by FinBin (Finland) for waste disposal.

2014 – VERSIYA Group of Companies turned 20 years old!
Versiya offers scanners for biometric documents and fingerprints, produced by German company Dermalog GmbH. Versiya received commendation from the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for assistance in support of military units.

2015 - VERSIYA awarded the Best Microsoft Ukraine Partner 2014 for the successful implementation of projects in the state sector of the economy.

2016 - VERSIYA becomes an official supplier of SK hynix products on the territory of Ukraine. New HID GLOBAL products of OMNIKEY series to read the data of Ukrainian passports with embedded contactless chip officially introduced by VERSIYA company at the Ukrainian market.

2017 - Creation of e-queue software for queue management of customer service centers of PJSC Kyivgas and Public Utility Services Centers. Software development and production of equipment for interactive kiosks in preparation for Eurovision 2017.

2018 - VERSIYA experts completed training on the first and second category repairs and renewal of operation of ARH (Hungary) and Dermalog (Germany) biometric equipment, which made it possible to conduct such works at company’s production facilities. VERSIYA company becomes official supplier of Signotec GmbH products on the territory of Ukraine.

2019 - VERSIYA Group of Companies turned 25 years old!

2020 - In the new terminal of Zaporozhye International Airport by specialists of the Company "VERSIYA" a new modern baggage handling system was installed. The system was put into operation.

2021 - VERSIYA becomes the official supplier products Access of HID GLOBAL Corporation (USA) in Ukraine.

2022 - VERSIYA presents the COLOP e-mark portable mobile printer on the Ukrainian market.
